About this file
This is a Statement of Work for the acquisition of an M+P Vibration Controller system for NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC). The requirement encompasses a complete 40-channel vibration control solution with on-site calibration services. The system includes one VCbase-16CH basic license, three VC-8ch+ software license extensions for additional input channels, and fourteen specialized software modules covering sine sweep and stationary control, sine resonance search and track/dwell, broadband random control, notch/force limiting, vector notching, classical shock control, shock response spectrum, random-on-random, sine-on-random, roadload and time domain replication, external pulse with roadload editor, throughput time domain data recording, and multi-screen support capabilities. The hardware components comprise two VRB base modules with three slots each, five VRAI820 analog-to-digital converter modules with eight input channels at 24-bit and 204.8 kHz specifications, one VRT2S2 analog output/tacho input module, one license dongle, one rack workstation, one 27-inch desktop monitor, one Netgear Pro Safe GS105E 5-port gigabit ethernet switch with power supply, and one emergency stop button. The package also includes five days of on-site commissioning and user training.
The place of performance is NASA Kennedy Space Center, BOSS Receiving (M6-0744), with Mark Hamilton identified as the point of contact. The period of performance is 60 days after receipt of order (ARO), with a required delivery date of July 31, 2026.
