About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an Extended Warranty on ZEISS ATOS and TRITOP equipment at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Extended Warranty covers a one-year period from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, providing comprehensive customer support, repairs, and diagnostic services following the current warranty expiration in May 2026. Hardware support encompasses all system components including the main sensor/camera, accessories, PC, and holding device, with coverage for OEM part replacement and ground shipping. The warranty explicitly excludes replacement of parts with new hardware designed to improve performance or ensure new software compatibility. Software coverage includes at least one major release annually (typically in October), hot fixes, bug fixes released as needed, unlimited personalized phone and email support from expert technicians, and 24/7 access to the ZEISS web portal. For issues requiring onsite repair at Marshall Space Flight Center, the contractor determines qualification for technician dispatch; if repairs can be completed at the contractor's Michigan facility, labor and repair costs are covered under the contract. However, all travel expenses and labor costs for onsite technician visits are charged directly to the customer.
