Design and Fabrication of flexible Space System

Statement of Work

Overview Vendor role will be to provide mission, opto-mechanical and system design and delivery services for the Landolt Mission and Instrument design for a space mission, including fab services, assembly and integration as needed.

Technical Evaluation The vendor will conduct evaluation in conjunction with the customer prior to fabrication of parts, will provide analysis for the optical systems, specifically to the laser instrument, electronics, element wheel, etc.

Risk and Management The labor and NRE shall be sufficient to accomplish the upgrades.

The schedule shall meet the Landolt mission needs.

The vendor provides overall management of the tasks with project coordination supported by the vendor representative. Regular meetings will be held with the PI.

Vendor representative will manage the effort involving multiple vendor staff.

Reporting Status reports will be provided by request, and not less than monthly.

Facilities & Equipment Vendor offices will provide the base for the proposed work.

1) Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) During Contract Performance (SEP 2025) which requires contractors to disclose the use of AI technologies at any time during the fulfillment of the contract. This requirement statement must be included in all contracts (including orders); and

2) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Acquisitions (SEP 2025) which provides additional contractor requirements when the contract is acquiring covered AI systems or services as defined by OMB memo M-25-22.
