About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA Goddard Space Flight Center's (GSFC) requirement for FY25 Colocation and Max Research Renewal. The procurement includes a MAX research connection fee with comprehensive network access features such as Layer 2 Dynamic Network provisioning, 44 Optical Wave Lengths, Internet2 ION Access, GENI Aggregate Manager Access, and AL2S Access. Additionally, the contract covers colocation services at Level3/Lumen in McLean, Virginia, which encompasses one full rack with multiple power configurations (120V and 208V), remote-hands support, and facility access for installation and upgrades.
The contract's performance period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with an urgent "ASAP" delivery timeline. The place of performance is e-delivery to NASA GSFC. The solicitation indicates this is a sole-source procurement intended for the University of Maryland, College Park, under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), with the NASA/NSSC acting as the procuring center. Interested organizations can submit capabilities and qualifications to dorothy.s.baskin@nasa.gov by 11:59 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on 3/24/2025, with the government reserving discretion on competitive procurement approach.
