Statement of Work Government’s Minimum Need
Summary:
This statement of work outlines the scope of services provided by Elodin Systems, Inc. to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (NASA AFRC) for additional capability development of the Aleph Flight Computer for unmanned vehicles.
NASA AFRC has purchased an Elodin Aleph flight computer for test and evaluation. Elodin will integrate RTK GPS units, an L-band mesh radio and systems development support to integrate onto Albatross unmanned vehicle owned by NASA AFRC model shop. A detailed listing of the tasks, quantity and cost are given in the Requirements section.
Requirement(s):
The discrete tasks for this contract are listed below
PX4 Aleph Flight Integration (all standard PX4 features running on Aleph) PX4 Aleph Doodle Labs Integration (bi‑directional QGC communication over Doodle Labs radios) PX4 Aleph RTK GPS Integration (high‑accuracy position telemetry via RTK) NASA GNC PX4 Aleph Deployment (seamless GNC workflow deployment onto Aleph‑enabled aircraft) Onsite Development & Support (flight test of the Albatross UAV running Aleph over Doodle Labs‑enabled QGC).
Estimated travel expenses include two round‑trip airfares, a five‑day rental car, and five nights of lodging.
Period of Performance/Lead Time/ Need by Date:
All development will be completed by June 15, 2025 and system should be delivered to be integrated by June 30, 2025. Any delays or issues should be promptly reported via email.
