About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of evaluation boards to support the development of far-infrared, sub-millimeter, and microwave detectors and instruments for NASA astrophysics missions. The vendor is required to supply one (1) Xilinx ZCU-111 RFSoC Evaluation Board, two (2) Xilinx KCU-105 FPGA Evaluation Boards, and two (2) Texas Instruments DAC39RF10EVM DAC Evaluation Boards. The evaluation boards will be used at the Goddard Space Flight Center, and the work is to be completed by December 15, 2024.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Brand Name requirement solicitation (Solicitation Number: 80NSSC24882497Q) issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center. The solicitation is for the TI development interance and Zyngus evaluation boards, to be delivered FOB Destination to the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. The solicitation requires the vendor to provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, the anticipated delivery time/lead time, and any available discounts.

STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements
• The Observational Cosmology Lab of the Goddard Space Flight Center develops far-infrared, sub-millimeter, and microwave detectors and instruments for NASA astrophysics missions.
Kinetic inductance detectors (KIDs) and transition-edge-sensor (TES) bolometers for astrophysics applications can be microwave multiplexed to allow 1000 or more detectors to be readout out on a single coaxial cable. Warm high-speed digital electronics systems are critical for testing and deployment of flight KID and TES systems for future missions. The Xilinx ZCU-111 RFSoC and Texas Instruments TSW14DL3200EVM evaluation boards are critical for testing flight candidate parts before full development of an engineering model.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
The vendor shall supply:
• Quantity 1: Xilinx ZCU-111 RFSoC Evaluation Boards (Part # EK-U1-ZCU111-G)
• Quantity 2: Xilinx KCU-105 FPGA Evaluation Boards (Part # EK-U1-KCU105-G)
• Quantity 2: Texas Instruments DAC39RF10EVM DAC Evaluation Boards
3. Place of Performance
The evaluation boards will be operated at the Goddard Space Flight Center.
4. Period of Performance
The work is finished when the evaluation boards are delivered and no later than 12/15/2024.
