Background The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), through the Office of Chief Human Capital Officer, is soliciting a proposal from top-tier public and private-sector companies interested in hosting NASA leaders for a two-week training immersion experience.

Training immersion experiences are designed as two-week, onsite experiences. Participants are matched with an organization senior leader sponsor who will help target exposure to each participant's learning objectives. NASA participants will learn through participation, presentations and training briefings, tours, and day-to-day exposure to the organizational work environment, culture, and people. Activities should be a combination of a variety of methods Including but not limited to, classroom training modules, simulations, learning conversations, tours, hands-on experiential exercises, participation in key meetings and discussions. We anticipate organizations will also benefit from training NASA leaders through shared ideas, collaborative learning, and building stronger networks and relationships.
