STATEMENT OF WORK
Procurement of Manufacturing for Linear Actuator for rapid prototype Test Hardware
Sourcing capability is being procured for a Commercial Off the Shelf/COTS solution for a linear ball screw assembly which is required for this NASA application. The parts should be manufactured according to the following details:
1. QTY 7 of catalog assembly part number-36692-01-00 with technical description of:
DD-506-A3/SSE-1/000-2/FT/6.00/M; M = 5/8-18 threaded end, custom 15mm input shaft
2. All piece parts in the assembly should be manufactured or procured according to vendors own COTS specifications/drawings.
3. While the assembly is composed of multiple piece parts, the end product should be QTY 7 of the fully assembled component, per Vendors own part number - 36692-01-
4. The full assembly should be delivered to NASA Johnson Space Center Mechanical Design and Analysis Branch/ES5 c/o Monty Carroll/ES5/(218)483-8452 and delivery fees should be part of the cost estimate along with an estimated lead time.
