About this file

The document provided is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the supply of battery cells needed for prototype battery module production and testing by NASA Glenn Research Center.

The SOW specifies two types of lithium-ion battery cells required: Cell 1 with NMC chemistry and Cell 2 with silicon-based anode, providing details on the nominal dimensions, maximum charge voltage, capacity, weight, and energy density for each. The total quantity required is 50 units of Cell 1 and 65 units of Cell 2.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center, solicitation number 80NSSC24865127Q, for the supply of the battery cells described in the SOW. The RFQ is a brand name requirement with FOB destination delivery to NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Vendors are required to provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and lead time information with their quotes. Payment terms are Net 30 days, and the use of credit cards is not permitted.
