Text version
Is the flatness quadratic with the sag and ireg terms separated?
No. The flatness requirement should be an absolute measurement. So, sag and irregularity combined.
Is the no visible scratches comment intended for the coating only?
The “no visible scratches” comment applies to the substrate and coating. The substrate that will be supplied currently has no visible inclusions and scratches.
For the ZnSe Window refurbishment solicitation will the window be shipped to awarded contractor for work or will the contractor need to come onsite to complete the work?
The window will be shipped.
