About this file

This Statement of Work describes requirements for two large format UV sensitive CMOS arrays for the GeoCAPE Airborne Simulator project. The arrays must have a minimum pixel pitch of 2048 x 2048 with 11 x 11 um pixels, a full well capacity of at least 90,000e, read noise of 60% or less, operate from 400-600nm, utilize a 16-bit USB interface enabling control and 24fps readout via a LabView VI. Additional specifications include an uncoated fused silica window and SC-#8-32 dovetail mechanical interface. Interested parties should contact Scott Janz at NASA by phone or email for technical questions.

The related solicitation is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of the above CMOS arrays, issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center under solicitation number 80NSSC245853. The notice provides an opportunity for potential vendors to submit questions in advance of a full solicitation.
