NSTEM Sources Sought Notice - RFI Questionnaire NASA STEM (NSTEM) Services | REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) QUESTIONNAIRE

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Service Center (NSSC) is conducting market research pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 in support of the named acquisition. Interested parties having requisite specialized capabilities to meet NSTEM requirements should complete and submit this questionnaire as part of their capability statement response.

4. In accordance with FAR 19.303(a)(2), the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code contemplated for this acquisition is based upon the preponderance of required services - 611710 Educational Support Services. As determined by the U.S. SBA, this NAICS code has an established size standard of $16.5 million. This average annual receipts size standard is the largest a concern can be and still qualify as a small business for this anticipated acquisition. Information pertaining to SBA's calculation of average annual receipts can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) at 13 CFR § 121.104.
