Text version

Q1. What type of parts are needing to be cleaned?

Various parts, including but not limited to, metallics of varying complex geometries.

Q2. What residue is on the parts that are needing to be cleaned?

Various residues, including but not limited to, greases/oils and powder left behind from additive manufacturing.

Q3. Our understanding is that vacuum cycle nucleation is the same method of cleaning as an ultrasonic bath. Is this request for an ultrasonic cleaning machine?

Vacuum cycle nucleation (VCN) is not the same method of cleaning as an ultrasonic bath. VCN can be used in combination with ultrasonic technology, but this request is not solely for an ultrasonic cleaning machine.

Q4. In the request, it lists compatibility up to 300lbs. Does the lift have to be automatic for raising and lowering parts? Is a manual lift ok?

Loading capacity of at least 300lbs. Manual top loading chamber with a pneumatic lift/slide door is acceptable.
