Glenn-Langley Administrative Support Services (GLASS) submit overtime rates through this solicitation on Attachment L- 1, Cost Forms or at least prior to incurring overtime costs?

Answer The offeror would not submit it in the proposal, however if overtime is approved by the government, rates will be negotiated at that time.
