About this file
This request for information (RFI) from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Kennedy Space Center solicits capability statements from potential sources for enterprise-wide NASA Communication Services (NCS) contracts. NASA intends to award three to four firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for a five-year period of performance, with an estimated award date of late fiscal year 2022. The RFI details a contemplated operating model where requirements would be standardized and managed centrally across NASA centers, grouped into three regions: East (Kennedy Space Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, and Langley Research Center), South (Marshall Space Flight Center, Stennis Space Center, and Glenn Research Center), and West (Johnson Space Center, Armstrong Flight Research Center, and Ames Research Center). Interested parties are requested to provide capability statements, complete a matrix of relevant past performance, and respond to additional questions regarding acquisition strategy, requirements, contract type, and performance standards. Responses are due by February 23, 2021.
