About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) excerpt from a federal contract solicitation addressing offeror inquiries regarding equipment specifications and submission requirements.
Regarding equipment specifications, the government clarified that the Pulse Tube cooler must be configured to operate on 220V/3PH/60Hz as specified, rejecting an alternative 460V/3PH/60Hz option due to alignment with current infrastructure requirements. On submission procedures, the government clarified that while only one final quotation will be accepted per offeror, that single quotation may contain multiple options. The government advised offerors to ensure their initial submission reflects their best terms and pricing.
