1 Introduction This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document defines requirements for deliverable Data to be provided by the Geostationary eXtend bservations (GeoXO) Instrument Contractor. “Instrument” as referred to in this ent applies to the GeoXO Ocean Color (OCX). Section 1.1 includes definiti and ructions for distribution. Section 2 presents the CDRL item by item th due d Section 3.0 provides the Data Item Description (DID), a descripti n of each item d describes use, and Preparation Information.

The following definitions apply to the "DUE DATE, MATURITY" column in the Table in Section 2.
a) DUE DATE:
1) Proposal. Items that are provided with the propos

Review ents in this category require delivery to the Government prior to use and within the time period specified in the "Due Date" column of the Instrument Contract Data Requirement List in Section 2 of this document. They are subject to evaluation by the Government or its designated representatives to determine Contractor effectiveness in meeting contract objectives.
I nformation: Data in this category require delivery to the Government within the time period specified in the “Due Date” column of the Contract Data Requirement List in Section 2 of this document for the purpose of determining current program status, progress, and future planning requirements.
The following requirements terminology is used throughout this document:
a) The use of “shall” designates a requirement that must be met.
b) The use of “will” designates a statement of fact or intention of the
Government.
c) The use of “may” designates that permission has been granted by the
Government.
The Contractor shall transmit items with an “As Generated” due date that are critical to schedule, performance, or interface to GSFC within 48 hours of formal release.

Unless specified otherwise, any updates to items of “Final” maturity shall require the same "approval/review" process as was required for the previous su issions.
Receipt of “Approval”, “Review”, and “Information” coded item y the Government shall occur within the time specified in the “Due Date” colu of the Contract Data Requirement List in Section 2 of this document.
Requirements for re-submission of “Approval” coded ms shall b specified in the letters of disapproval. For most cases, the Contractor will be required submit the document within 30 days of receiving commen om the Government.
If the Contractor has not received respon rom GSFC within 30 days of deli of an “Approval” coded CDRL item (15 days test procedures), the Contractor may p ceed as if the document has been approv
When Government evaluations of “Re ” coded ms reveal inadequacies, the Contractor shall correct the documents n 3 ays of receiving comments or provide a plan approved by the Governmen closing deficiencies.

3.1.2 M 02: Status Reports and Telecon Minutes
DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION
1. CDRL No.: PM-02
Title: WEEKLY STATUS REPORTS AND TELECON MINUTES 3 Use: Program status reviews; system, subsystem, and assembly packaging evaluations; and trouble shooting. This weekly report is intended to be timely and informal and should detail the above topics as changes or problems occur.
4. Preparation Information:
The Weekly Status Report shall address the work completed during the week against the work planned.
The Weekly Status Report shall include technical progress, including significant accomplishments and obstacles.
The Weekly Status Report shall contain Program Management (PM), Systems Engineering (SE), engineering disciplines, Integration and Test (I&T), Software (SW), and Mission Assurance (MA) status.

The Contractor shall include in the 533 series Financial Reports, a narrative explanation for variances exceeding plus or minus 10 percent between the total direct labor hours (prime and Subcontractors) and total estimated cost amount shown in the prior month, and the actual total direct labor hours and actual total cost amount shown in the current month at the total contract level (for example, the “Estimated Cost Hours to Complete” amount shown for June in column 8a in the May NASA Form (NF) 533M report and the “Cost Incurred Actual” June total cost amount shown in column 7a in the June NF 533M report) in accordance with Section 3.6 of NPR 9501.2.

For each variance narrative, the Contractor shall include in the 533 series Financial Reports:

b) Impact(s) on the core baseline and/or each in ual task order, and
c) Specific corrective action(s) being taken or t taken.
