NASA Goddard Space Flight Center is seeking proposals for a definition-phase study of a coronagraph instrument to be incorporated into the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's L1 Series satellite series. The instrument will provide coronal imagery of the sun to detect and characterize earth-directed coronal mass ejections. NASA anticipates awarding a minimum of two firm fixed price phase A study contracts of 8-month duration and approximately $1.2 million each, with a 4-month option period. The final report is due 12 months after contract award, with an anticipated award date in May 2023. Proposals must be submitted no later than February 27, 2023 through NASA's Enterprise File Sharing and Sync Box. Questions regarding the RFP are due by February 10, 2023.

2020) Deleting the last sentence in Subfactor B – Management Approach B.2 Schedule

The Offeror shall submit a notional study schedule that shows completion of all major tasks, trades, reviews, and deliverables to meet the SOW requirements. The schedule shall identify any interrelationships among tasks. The schedule shall be delivered in both pdf and
