About this file

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for market research on PCDMIS CAD++ software subscription renewals and calibration services for the United States Air Force. The Government is seeking potential contractors with expertise to support the 402nd Maintenance Support Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The requirement includes providing four PCDMIS CAD++ DCC Autopath subscriptions and one PCDMIS CAD++ Scanning/Mesh subscription renewal. Contractors must also provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, and travel to certify and calibrate four Global Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and one Absolute Arm, with all services and support equivalent to the MyCare Premium Plan.

Responses to the Contractor Capability Survey must be submitted by 12:00 pm EST on June 25, 2026, to Joshua Sharpe (Joshua.Sharpe.6@us.af.mil) and Elizabeth Davis (Elizabeth.Davis.22@us.af.mil) via email in readable electronic format not exceeding 10 MB per attachment. The SSS is open to both large and small businesses, with encouragement for joint ventures and teaming arrangements. Small business respondents should address their capability to fulfill the entire requirement or identify specific portions they can perform as subcontractors, and may identify work areas suitable for exclusive small business set-asides. No set-aside decision has been made; the Government will determine final strategy after analyzing small business responses and market research data. Survey responses must include business information, past project experience with contract numbers, quality assurance processes and certifications (ISO 9001, AS9100), detailed facility and equipment listings, software development and repair capabilities, commerciality information including catalog pricing and warranty terms, and identification of any requirement constraints.

Failure to provide documentation may result in the government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities.

3. ATTENTION: SMALL BUSINESS RESPONDENTS who are interested in participation for this effort:

a. No set aside decision has been made; however, the Government will determine the final strategy after thorough analysis of the small business responses and other market research available, considering the demonstrated interest and capability.
