Vendors must address technical requirements including integration capabilities with PeopleSoft by the August 1, 2026 implementation date, data security protocols, compliance procedures, training programs, and dedicated support resources. The contract requires vendors to obtain certificates of insurance, comply with HIPAA requirements, execute a Business Associate Agreement if accessing protected health information, and comply with all applicable federal and state regulations including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Driver's Privacy Protection Act. Harris Health reserves the right to terminate the agreement for cause, for convenience with 60 days' notice, or due to lack of appropriations, with no early termination penalties applicable to the latter.
