This synopsis provides notice of the Naval Sea Systems Command's intent to issue a sole-source modification to contract N00024-22-C-2210 with Willard Marine Inc. for the procurement of fifteen 7-meter shipboard rigid inflatable boats. The modification would increase the total number of boats delivered under the contract to meet critical fleet requirements and preclude potential impacts to national security. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to the requirement, though the notice specifies this is not a request for competitive proposals and the decision not to compete the contract is at the government's sole discretion. Any information received will only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The point of contact listed is Spencer Rice of the Naval Sea Systems Command.
