About this file
This is Addendum #1 to Open Market Bid #S-DASOBO-00007882, modifying the original Request for Quote specifications for a single Cessna Skyland 182T Turbocharged Airplane. The addendum revises the required model year specification from 2008 to 2007 or newer, while maintaining all other technical requirements including turbocharged capability, G1000 or better avionics suite, GFC700 or better autopilot, no damage history, no corrosion, and a preference for no more than 1,000 engine hours. The aircraft remains subject to flight test and mechanical inspection prior to purchase.
No pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent information, response dates, due dates, or award timelines are specified in this addendum document. The modification represents a minor relaxation of the original specification to expand the pool of eligible aircraft by one model year, potentially increasing vendor options and competition for the procurement.
