COVID PMO Questions & Answers
Question #1:
L.6.3 requires offerors to submit a current indirect rate agreement. Will HRSA accept supporting documentation that describes our rate build-up in lieu of approved indirect rate agreement?
Response to Question #1:
Answers to Questions #16 and #25 under Amendment

Question #2:
Does the agency use MS Project? Can this be used to manage and track the PMP?
Response to Question #2:
MS Teams and applications are available for use to support the PMP. HRSA does not currently employ this tool but is open to the option to do so.
Question #3:
Section F.3, Schedule of Deliverables - Are the
PMP timeline and Integrated PMP (Item 2 and 8) separate or are the terms used interchangeably?
Response to Question #3:
The Integrated Project Management Plan (PMP)
(Item 8) are the weekly updates to the PMP (Item
