About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and a federal contract opportunity related to COVID-19 vaccine program management. The amendment adds past performance evaluation language and a questionnaire, and clarifies response expectations on federal holidays. The federal contract opportunity is seeking project management and planning services for the Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program through March 2022, with an option to extend through March 2023. Responses are due by March 4, 2021. The award will be made based on technical capability, past performance, and price factors, with technical being most important. The Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration is the agency seeking these services to support COVID-19 response for health centers.
