About this file

The file J.7_QA_ Phase II_CG.xlsx is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for the "Take Back Your Health Campaign" solicitation (75P00125R00028) by the Department of Health and Human Services. The Q&A addresses key submission requirements, including clarifications on the security plan, 508 compliance, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form, risk management plan, organizational chart, and asset distribution plan. Vendors are advised that the risk mitigation plan and organizational chart should be included in the Technical Proposal, while hours and labor categories should be part of the Business Proposal.

The Q&A provides additional details about Component 1, which has an estimated budget range of $10-20 million inclusive of labor and other direct costs (ODCs). The document confirms that the small business plan (SBCX system submission) will be requested post-award. Vendors are expected to submit a comprehensive technical approach, including methods for the asset distribution plan and proposed plan to measure campaign outcomes. The Q&A supports the broader campaign objective of creating an innovative, edgy national health campaign focused on diabetes prevention and promoting healthy eating habits.
