The Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) would like to acquire two software platforms that have the ability to analyze change in the Centers for Medicare and Medical Services manuals and coverage policies. The product will be able to support all of Health and Human services including their 700 users for each platform.

In order to efficiently adjudicate level three appeals, the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals is in need of a software that has the ability to compare any two versions of the Centers for Medicare and Medical Services manuals (CMMS) or the Centers for Medicare and Medical Services coverage policies. The software must have the ability to instantly show the differences highlighted in terms of added and deleted text. We are in need of 1400 users’ licensees. The first 700 to support the CSM manual for all of HHS and the other 700 to support the CMS coverage policies for all of HHS.
