About this file
This statement of work and related federal contract opportunity document outline requirements for a sole source contract to provide the National Library of Medicine ongoing access to content on Elsevier's ScienceDirect platform. The National Library of Medicine seeks to negotiate a contract directly with Elsevier B.V. to provide access to subscribed Elsevier journals and options for acquiring additional content such as e-books, reference works, and backfile journal content. Interested parties must respond with any comments by December 9, 2019 through the Electronic Contract Proposal Submission system. The contract would have a period of performance from date of award through one year, with options for NLM to add or cancel journal titles throughout the year. Elsevier would provide usage statistics and title lists on a quarterly basis along with an annual price list.
