About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) for Clinical Site and Study Monitoring for NIMH Funded Research in Global Settings. The amendment provides responses to 22 questions submitted by interested offerors and revises the RFQ, including extending the offer submission deadline to 2:00 PM EST on 11/25/2024.
The key details are as follows: Offerors are required to provide a firm-fixed price task order budget for a kickoff meeting, and the management plan, draft training plan, and quality control plan are excluded from the 10-page limit for the technical and business proposals. The government confirmed that offerors should budget for the maximum number of annual monitoring visits per the Statement of Work (SOW), and the number of days on site for each visit is 3-5 days. The SOW does not require a budget estimate for the development or periodic review of clinical site monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The solicitation includes security requirements for information systems and incident reporting that offerors must comply with or propose equivalent industry standards.
