Responses to Questions
Solicitation 75N95024Q00161
1. Many companies have a yearly price increase.. Are we able to extend pricing based on "discount over list price" instead of a dollar amount? If not, how should we deal with a yearly pricing increase from the vendor?
a. Response: Offerors are able to propose this as part of their quote, along with any other terms and conditions they would like the Government to consider.
2. Is it possible to have a flat rate, or percentage shipping cost? Shipping for these items is not set by the line item and some shipping can be combined for savings. A percentage of the order may scale better than a line item shipping amount.
a. Response: Offerors may propose shipping however they would like. NIH anticipates issuing unilateral delivery orders for the items listed on the IDIQ price list, which would include shipping. To do this, standard shipping charges per item would need to be established. However, if offerors would prefer a quote be requested each time items are required with specific shipping costs at that time, please include that in your response.
