About this file

This amendment modifies solicitation RFP-75N95022R0004 for clinical sites for the National NeuroHIV Tissue Consortium. The amendment clarifies that proposals received from foreign offerors will be reviewed in accordance with the RFP, FAR Part 25, and NIH Manual Chapter 6325-1. A foreign contract award additionally requires documentation of clearance by the Department of State under the NIH Manual. The solicitation seeks proposals for clinical sites to support the National NeuroHIV Tissue Consortium, a collaboration among investigators and tissue repositories to advance the understanding, treatment and prevention of HIV in the central nervous system. Proposals are due by the date and time specified in the original RFP. The National Institutes of Health National Institute on Drug Abuse is the issuing agency.
