About this file
This document contains a solicitation for biological therapeutics assay development subject matter expert consulting services to support the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. NINDS requires one to three SME consultants to provide technical recommendations and advice to support the translational development of novel biologics such as monoclonal antibodies, peptide therapeutics, viral vector therapeutics, nucleic acid and cell-based therapeutics, and proteins. Consultants should preferably have expertise in assay development for multiple biologic modalities. The solicitation seeks labor-hour type purchase orders for these services. Quotations were due by August 25, 2022 and will be evaluated based on relevant past performance, technical approach, and price. However, offerors without relevant past performance will not be evaluated unfavorably on that factor. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health National Institute on Drug Abuse to support NIH drug discovery and development programs.
