RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS
The Government has provided answers below. Note that many questions may have been combined, paraphrased, and/or summarized for brevity and clarity.
1. Answer: In response to question regarding batches of samples, NCATS clarifies that it requires the testing of 20 (twenty) small molecule compounds in rat pharmacokinetic studies that would be sent to the contractors in 3 (three) to 6 (six) batches during the performance of the purchase order. The results of the study are to be provided in 1 (one) report for the 20 compounds detailing results from the pharmacokinetic studies. If the number of samples received at one time is a material factor in the contractor’s price, please address that in the quote.
