About this file

This document is Amendment #2 to Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 75N93024R00030 for NIAID Virology Quality Assurance, issued by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID/NIH/DHHS). The amendment, dated March 7, 2025, modifies the original solicitation by updating system representations, adding FAR clause 52.204-8, and removing a pre-award equal opportunity compliance evaluation clause. The proposal due date remains unchanged at April 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST, and offerors must acknowledge the amendment in their submissions.

The amendment also clarifies a specific question regarding shipping and packaging costs, confirming that the special shipping costs for 100 domestic and 400 international sites are part of the overall shipping costs outlined in the Technical Cost Assumptions, not an additional expense. The primary point of contact is Shawnice Williams, Contract Specialist, who can be reached at shawnice.williams@nih.gov, and the solicitation is being managed by Contracting Officer Ashley Kinderdine from the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland.
