About this file

This amendment to a request for proposals provides clarification on technical cost assumptions and responses to questions from potential offerors. The amendment modifies item e under Technical Cost Assumptions in Attachment 5 to state that offerors should assume 500 ADCC assays and 200 ADCP assays annually rather than the incorrectly stated 5,000 and 200. It also clarifies that offerors may not deviate from the required full-time equivalents listed in the original RFP. The question and response portion addresses an inquiry regarding budgeting for a higher level of full-time equivalents than specified to account for the incorrectly stated 5,000 ADCC assays; offerors are advised this is not allowed and the RFP's FTE requirements must be followed. The amendment does not change the February 16, 2024 proposal submission deadline.

AMENDMENT #1 RFP No. 75N93023R00012 2

Question 1 Per Attachment 5: Additional Business Proposal Instructions and Uniform Cost Assumptions, Section 3, Uniform Cost Assumptions, paragraph 2, Technical Cost Assumptions, item e. states that the contractor is to assume 5,000 ADCC assays and 200 ADCP assays.

To budget for 5000 ADCC assays per year, the total FTEs for the contract will exceed the expected FTEs by a large margin. Would it be acceptable if our budget includes much higher level of FTEs than listed in the RFP to ensure our capacity for 5000 ADCC assays per year?

Please advise.

Response to Question 1 This is an error in the Technical Cost Assumptions. Item e. should read as follows:

e. 500 ADCC assays and 200 ADCP assays.

Also, just to clarify, an offeror is not allowed to deviate from the required FTEs listed in the RFP.

END OF AMENDMENT NO. 1, RFP No. 75N93023R00012
