The related federal contract opportunity is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to identify qualified business concerns, especially small businesses, capable of performing the work described in the Draft SOW. The purpose is to assist the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible, and whether alternative sources exist. Responses should include company information, pricing, relevant contract details, and whether the company is an authorized reseller or offering an alternative solution. The government will use the information provided to potentially issue a solicitation, but responses to the SSN will not be considered an adequate response to a solicitation.
