| Please advise if there is flexibility with the 30-day delivery schedule or if it is a strict requirement? | Based on market research, a thirty (30) day delivery period for a commercial item is standard in this industry, and market research information obtained indicated that this delivery time frame was available for this device type. As such, the Government's delivery requirement is firm unless the quotes provided indicate otherwise, at which time the Government will address the matter as appropriate. |
