About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for biomedical computing, analytic and data management services. The National Cancer Institute intends to award two Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide non-research technical support and data management services across eleven areas including project management, data management, computer programming, computing infrastructure, website development, systems design, reports preparation, data evaluation, technical assistance, statistical methodology, and program support. The amendment answers four questions from potential offerors, clarifying that two awards will be made at the IDIQ level, that the incumbent contractor was Information Management Services under the referenced contracts, and that a multiple award preference applies according to FAR.

1. QUESTION: Page 68 says “it is anticipated that multiple award(s) (2) will be made from this

RESPONSE: Yes, two awards at the IDIQ level will be awarded.
2. QUESTION: Approximately how many task orders does NCI anticipate awarding over the 5 year life of the IDIQ?
RESPONSE: At this time, we don’t know exactly how many task orders will be awarded during the life of the IDIQ.
3. QUESTION: The incumbent contractor is Information Management Services, Inc. Can you provide the contract number?
RESPONSE: This is a re-competition of existing requirements awarded to Information
