About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 75H71026Q00174, issued by Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, NM on June 11, 2026. The amendment provides responses to four questions received regarding the solicitation and does not modify the underlying solicitation requirements.
The Questions and Answers clarify key contract terms: contract hours are 40 hours per week with on-call availability required including nights, weekends, and holidays; the anticipated start date is July 6, 2026, though the actual start date will be determined at time of award following completion of pre-employment, security, and credentialing requirements; the Government requires continuous coverage throughout the period of performance, and offerors are responsible for providing qualified personnel and maintaining required staffing levels per the Performance Work Statement; and all dates in the solicitation notice are correct with any future changes or amendments to be posted on SAM.gov. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the original solicitation by completing items 8 and 15, returning one copy of the amendment, or by separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
