About this file

This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for federal solicitation 75H71026Q00081, which addresses clarifications regarding a Radiologist contract position. The solicitation closing date has been extended to March 17, 2026, and the opportunity is set-aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). There is no incumbent contractor for this position.

The Period of Performance consists of a 6-month base period plus three 6-month option periods. The Radiologist position requires an MD degree with a valid state license; BLS certification is the only mandatory certification requirement. The previous solicitation's references to PALS, ACLS, ATLS, and ARRT certifications have been clarified as not applicable to the Radiologist role. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday on-site with no weekend or holiday coverage requirements. Government-provided or on-campus housing is not available; candidates must secure their own accommodations in either Cortez, Colorado, or Farmington, New Mexico.

75H71026Q00081 – Q&A

1. Could you please confirm if this date is correct and if there have been any updates or amendments that may not have been posted yet?

Solicitation Closing Date has been extended to 03/17/2026.

2. Will you review a proposal from a company that is NOT an ISBEE for solicitation # 75H71026Q00081?

The solicitation is currently set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise

(ISBEE).

3. Is there a current incumbent contractor? If so, please provide the contract number.

There is no incumbent for this position.

4. The solicitation contains conflicting information regarding the Period of Performance. Could the Government please confirm the correct structure (e.g., 6-month base with option periods or 12-month base with option years)?

Correction has been made to attachment. PoP is set for a base + 3 option periods at six (6) months each.

5. Please confirm whether the work schedule includes mandatory weekend or holiday on-site coverage, or if those responsibilities are limited to on-call duties only.

Work will be Monday thru Friday on-site, No weekends, No Holidays

6. The solicitation lists certifications such as PALS, ACLS, and ATLS as mandatory.

Since these certifications are not commonly held by all Radiologists, could the Government please confirm whether these certifications are strictly required for this position?

BLS is the only requirement

7. Could the Government also clarify whether the requirement intends to include ARRT certification, as this certification is typically associated with technologist roles rather than Radiologists?

The Radiologist is required to be an MD. Have a valid license in the state where they reside. The ARRT certification is not a requirement for a Radiologist and should not have been in the solicitation for a Radiologist.

8. Is government-provided or on-campus housing available for the Radiologists? If not, are there preferred nearby accommodation typically used by contract healthcare staff?

No on-campus housing is available. The Radiologist will need to look for accommodation in either Cortez, CO, or Farmington, NM.
