About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 002) to a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Gallup Indian Medical Center for behavioral health services. The solicitation is a 100% Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside for child/adolescent and general psychiatry services across multiple service units in New Mexico and Arizona, including facilities in Gallup, Tohatchi, Shiprock, and Crownpoint. The contract period of performance is from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2030, with task orders to be issued based on individual facility needs and the overall IDIQ ceiling.
The amendment includes responses to 31 vendor questions covering critical contract details such as award methodology, candidate qualifications, remote service expectations, and operational specifics. Key points include: multiple awards will be determined by evaluation results, summary candidate qualifications must be included in proposals, base contract rates are binding, digital signatures are acceptable for required forms, no additional labor categories will be added in future option periods, and task orders will restrict travel between locations. There is no incumbent contractor, and the government anticipates two weeks between IDIQ award and individual task order commencement.
