About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding solicitation number 75H71023Q00114 for GIMC – HVAC and Hydronic System Services for the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service. The solicitation seeks HVAC and hydronic system services, with the period of performance running from the notice to proceed through December 31, 2023. One question clarifies that while the SF1449 form lists the period of performance as September 18, 2023 through December 31, 2023, the statement of work specifies the period runs from the date of notice to proceed through September 29. A second question confirms that VAV box 1-32 refers to a single VAV box without a circuit setter on the return line, rather than 32 individual boxes without circuit setters.
