About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for non-personal services contract for nurse practitioners at the Gallup Indian Medical Center. The amendment provides responses to nine questions about the scope of services, including clarifying that physician assistants will not be considered, travel and lodging costs should be included in the hourly rate, support staff varies by clinic but may include RNs, health technicians, and medical assistants. The required hours are 520 per provider per three-month option period, with shifts typically being 10 hours from 8:30am to 7pm including a half hour lunch, though some opening shifts may start at 7am. Nurse practitioners will work in the walk-in primary care clinic which functions similar to an urgent care, seeing 12-20 patients daily. The questions response deadline is January 3, 2022 at 1:00pm MST and the period of performance is January 24, 2022 through March 31, 2022.
