About this file
This document outlines task order ordering instructions for a medical locum provider services contract. The contract allows for the issuance of firm-fixed-price task orders with a period of performance up to 18 months. Task order requests for proposal will be issued to all awardees under the multiple award IDIQ contract, providing a fair opportunity to compete unless an exception applies. Offerors will submit proposals in response to task order RFPs, which will be evaluated based on criteria included in the RFP. Task orders will then be unilaterally issued to awardees. The related federal contract opportunity is a request for proposal issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service for medical locum provider services under solicitation number 75H70922Q-012.
