About this file
This is an amendment document containing vendor questions and answers for a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for temporary CT/X-Ray Technologist services. The solicitation (75H70626Q00128) is issued by the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility under the Indian Health Service, a component of the Department of Health and Human Services. The requirement is for two temporary CT/X-Ray technologists to support the facility located in Belcourt, North Dakota, with a five-year period of performance and pricing structured across five CLINs (contract line items) with unit pricing required for each year. The solicitation is set aside as a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) with a NAICS code of 621399 and is issued as a Firm-Fixed Price, Non-personal Commercial Service Purchase Order.
Key operational details provided through the Q&A include: no current incumbent contractor exists; night shift work is required with a schedule of one week of 12-hour shifts followed by one week off (with flexibility noted); technologists must remain in-house during nights and weekends but may have flexible arrangements; the facility operates a GE Revolution 64-slice CT scanner performing approximately 200-250 CT scans monthly, with the majority occurring during regular business hours; on-campus housing is unavailable but hotels are located nearby in Rolla and Bottineau, North Dakota. All quoted pricing must be all-inclusive, covering travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, and all applicable taxes and other performance-related costs.
