About this file

This is Amendment Number Three to Solicitation 75H70626Q00036 issued by the Indian Health Service, Great Plains Area, Division of Acquisition Management, located in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The amendment, effective March 4, 2026, incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses 52.216-18 (Ordering) and 52.216-19 (Order Limitations) and extends the response due date to Friday, March 13, 2026. The underlying contract is a five-year, sixty-month indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) agreement with a period of performance from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031.

Under the ordering clause, delivery orders or task orders may be issued from the date of award through the five-year contract period. The order limitations clause establishes a minimum order threshold of $1,000 and maximum order limitations prohibiting individual orders exceeding $150,000, combination orders exceeding $750,000, or series of orders from the same office within 30 days exceeding these thresholds. The contractor may decline orders exceeding these maximums if written notice is provided within 30 days of issuance, after which the Government may procure from an alternative source. All delivery orders and task orders remain subject to the terms and conditions of the base contract, with the contract controlling in the event of any conflicts between the contract and individual orders.
