About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Cisco network equipment and software maintenance for the Indian Health Service (IHS). IHS requires a 12-month maintenance contract to provide hardware and software support for its Cisco network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and network management applications. The maintenance contract will cover technical support, next business day hardware replacement, software updates, software application support, and software subscription renewals. Vendors must be authorized Cisco partners to quote the costs for Cisco-provided coverage. The service period is to begin on August 31, 2024, when the current Cisco maintenance contracts expire. Vendors should provide maintenance and subscription costs for the specified equipment list, and identify any items that cannot be covered. The service will be electronically delivered, and the contractor must provide the IHS Contracting Officer Representative with the maintenance contract details after award.

The related federal contract opportunity is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Cisco network equipment and software maintenance requirement, set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under NAICS code 541519.
