About this file
This document is a federal contract solicitation for well drilling and related appurtenances near Native American homes in Mendocino, Lake, and Sonoma Counties in California. The Indian Health Service requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct individual water wells, water systems, and repair existing wells and systems. The contract will be set aside for small businesses and awarded as an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract over five years, including a base year and four option years exercised at the government's discretion. Task orders are estimated at five to eight per year, ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 each. The contractor must hold the required state license and register for electronic invoicing. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov with an anticipated issue date provided.
