About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the construction of the Pueblo Pintado Health Center, a 125,884 gross square foot facility on the Navajo Nation in Pueblo Pintado, New Mexico. The new health center will serve approximately 6,000 American Indian and Alaskan Native residents in the local communities.

The SOW outlines the contractor's requirements, which include providing all personnel, materials, services, and facilities to construct the facility within a 730-calendar day period of performance. Key deliverables include a project schedule, submittal management system, as-built drawings and BIM model, and equipment maintenance documentation. The contractor must also coordinate with various stakeholders, provide construction security, and grant access for site tours and FF&E installation. The related Federal contract opportunity solicits comments from the public on the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this large-scale construction project, which is expected to be awarded in the 2nd quarter of 2025 as a competitive, firm-fixed-price contract.
