In consideration of the State of New

Mexico Governor’ s announcement to extend the State’s public health emergency order until May 15th, as of today (April 23, 2020) IHS does not foresee the NTP being issued any sooner than May 16th. Please understand this date is tentative and subject to being postponed to ensure the safety of all involved parties.
