About this file

This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for construction services. The solicitation is seeking a contractor to improve an existing wastewater lagoon treatment facility located on the Pueblo of Zuni reservation in New Mexico. Through a two-phase construction approach, the contractor will renovate and expand the current 32.6-acre, six cell lagoon system to a 49-acre, five cell treatment facility. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by the specified date and time. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on April 16, 2020 to replace the previously scheduled on-site visit, in accordance with current social distancing guidelines. The solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act. The Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service is the contracting agency.
